Notice is hereby given that the AGM for North Somerset Hockey Club will be held on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at The Poacher, High Street, Portishead 19:15 for a prompt 19:30 start.

So far the attached nominations have been received for the 2024 - 25 Committee. If anyone would like to stand for any of the positions, please email your name, proposer and seconder to peter.mansell61@gmail.com by noon on Friday 10th May 2024. There are a couple of positions so far that will require a vote at the AGM. The Constitution allows for members not present to also vote, and apologies and votes should be emailed to peter.mansell61@gmail.com by noon on Tuesday 14th May 2024.

The agenda and written reports will be posted on the club website and all members are encouraged to read the reports in advance of the meeting.
