Two socials to tell you all about plus the launch of a Fundraising initiative which could really make a difference to the club, and at no cost to anyone!

1) The first social event is
What: Teatro Quiz
When: Sun 19th Nov, 7-9pm
Where: Teatro, Clevedon
Why: Teatro have agreed to share half the profits made on the night with the hockey club. The other half goes to the winning team! We can't lose
Details: £1 to enter, but as we're fundraising we'd encourage you to dig deeper if possible! Come as an individual or as a group just let me (=Vic or team social leads) know if you plan to be there so we can reserve some tables. Note this is open to members of the public too and not solely for the hockey club

2) Second social event:
What: Club Festive social
When: Saturday 2nd December early evening onwards is most likely timing
Where: Venue to be set ,
Why: To have a Xmas social for club members, family and friends.
Details: Final details to be decided - it will depend on numbers and also on any suggestions that may be forthcoming. But best you dig out those Xmas jumpers early in the month, plus the sparkly stuff

3) Easy Fundraising
The club is now registered as a "Good cause" with Easy Fundraising.
