Vs Bristol & West

Men's 2s were up next at home, the match got off to a positive start for North Somerset by opening the score sheet with a goal from Tom Broome pushing through from midfield.
North Somerset defended well but Bristol & West were able to gain an equaliser just before half time. The second half there was a lot of opportunities for North Somerset but despite over 10 short corners North weren't able to convert any of the opportunities into a goal and I think we can all see what Jon Venn wil get them practicing on Tuesday! Whilst North was pressing Bristol and West were able to break out and sneak a winning goal leaving the scoreline as 2-1 to Bristol & West, which didn't seem a fair reflection on the way the game went. Man of the match was voted as Adam Howard.
