vs Cheddar

Ladies 1s had the first game of the day in an early start at Cheddar but that clearly did not slow them down as they came out fast and took an early lead with a well fought goal from Michelle Harrold. Only minutes later North were piling on the pressure agains, with Lara Ford hitting the back of the net with force. Cheddar proved that they were up for the game and got themselves together well, with a strong play through the team from their backs to forwards, responding with a great goal to make it 2-1. North’s rallied again and slotted another goal before half time.
After an encouraging team talk, North looked even stronger in the second half and their skill and team play showed through as they put the ball in the back of the net another 3 times with the final result being 6-1. Hat-ticks for Michelle Harrold and Lara Ford capped a great team effort all round, with a special mention to Player of the match, Alex Port.
